Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be seeking a position in a practice that puts patient care and teamwork first in order to ensure a great patient experience.
We are in need of a n assistant for an active multi-specialty privately owned dental practice. Our assistants are trained to work in General Dentistry, Orthodontics, Pediatrics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery and Periodontics. We have all these specialties under one roof. The assistant is responsible for all phases of patient care. Including, but not limited to, assisting the dentist in procedures, monitoring and maintaining supplies in the clinic, running the sterilization lab, obtaining digital intra-oral scans, exposing radiographs, delivering and adjusting occlusal guards, and assisting the hygienists in preventive care. It requires a person who can multi-task and work independently while being part of a team. Our ultimate goal is to provide the highest quality of patient care and we need someone who will go to great lengths to achieve that. 32-40 hours a week are available. Experience is a plus but not required. You should have applied for or received your MA State Dental Assisting license. Comprehensive benefit package with competitive wages available.
