expertise. In this dynamic role, you'll manage marketing campaigns, optimize the HubSpot

platform, and turn website visitors into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HubSpot Administrator

• Leverage HubSpot's full capabilities through feature enhancements and integrations.
• Create advanced reports and dashboards.
• Train others on the HubSpot platform.
• Customize HubSpot features, including views, properties, workflows, and more.
• Create advanced reports and manage dashboards.
• Conduct CRM database maintenance.
• Keep updated with HubSpot's new features and third-party APIs.

2. Marketing Specialist

• Design and execute email and other digital marketing campaigns
• Grow new leads through Call to Action (CTA), landing pages, and content offers.
• Enhance our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes across different channels.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director, Inside Sales, and Field Teams to generate leads.
• Support marketing events and manage logistical aspects, along with other operational duties.
• Analyze marketing performance and refine processes.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, Inside Sales, and Field Teams.

Requirements:

• MBA (Preferred)
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven HubSpot proficiency.
• HubSpot CRM, Sales, and Marketing Certifications (Highly preferred).
• Experience in digital marketing (Highly preferred).
• Basic HTML/CSS and design skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and a creative mindset.
• Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
