We are looking for a skilledAssembler to connect parts into more complex components. You willensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the finalproduct.
You will use your hands or machines to do the job withgreater precision. You must have good technical knowledge andpossess great manual dexterity.
Ability to read instructionsrepresented in manuals drawings schematics etc. and follow themwith precision is extremely important.
The goal is to producecomplex outputs by putting together smallercomponents.
Shift :
- 2ndMondayFriday 2 : 40pm11 : 10pm$17
Responsibilities
- Readand comprehend instructions and follow establishedprocedures
- Collect all material andequipment needed to begin theprocess
- Take precision measurementsto ensure perfect fit ofcomponents
- Select or modifycomponents according to measurements andspecifications
- Align material andput together parts to build more complexunits
- Check output to ensure highestquality
- Maintain equipment in goodcondition
- Keep records of productionquantities and time
- Report on issuesmalfunction or defectiveparts
Skills
- Provenexperience as assembler
- Technicalknowledge and ability to read blueprints drawingsetc.
- Ability in using tools (e.g.clamps) and machines (e.g.presses)
- Good understanding ofquality control principles
- Goodcommunication skills (verbal andwritten)
- Excellent handeyecoordination and physicalcondition
