Responsibilities:

· Oversee all aspects of the parts department, including inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts.

· Develop and implement strategies to maximize parts sales and profitability.

· Ensure accurate and timely processing of parts orders and customer requests.

· Supervise and train parts department staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

· Maintain a clean and organized parts department showroom and storage area.

· Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.

· Monitor parts sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly.

· Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in automotive parts management required.

· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
