CSI of the Southeast is Hiring a Traveling Low Voltage Technician Near Wallace, NC

Opportunities in the low voltage systems installation industry. The low voltage industry offers the opportunity to build a career learning challenging work at interesting sites.

Applicants need to demonstrate a drive to know more and be more. We work to hire wiring team members who want to learn the systems business from the ground up and grow into leading their own installation jobs from start to finish.

We're looking for candidates who can work well with our customers, cooperate with team members and look for ways to improve not only their own work life but the work lives of others. Flexibility in schedule and work location is a big asset.

Candidates for this position should possess technical or mechanical interests and abilities. Understanding of building construction is a plus. As you work with our experienced installers, you will learn proper wiring techniques, code compliant installation practices and safe work procedures. Beyond that, you will have the opportunity to learn about installations, programming and operation of video and door access systems and become a full fledged systems installer.

Basic Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Terminating CAT5/6 cabling
  • Installing network equipment
  • Programming equipment per documentation
  • Completing detailed and precise paperwork

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
