Preschool Directors are responsible for the early education of children and staff in their care. Duties and responsibilities of Directors include developing and delivering interactive learning programs designed to engage and educate young children. Director duties and responsibilities includes managing and sometimes participating in the following:

• Establish and maintain rules of behavior for children in their classrooms
• Provide basic needs for children
• Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
• Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals
• Keep classroom sanitized and clean
• Care for the children and create great memories'

'Work Location: * One location

The Director will also conduct interviews, make sure the center is fully staffed, monitor attendance sheets and ensure we are in ratio at all times. The Director will also have to fill in positions if under staffed or a teacher calls out on an emergency. This is a Salaried Position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
