**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and possess strong patient assessment skills. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing behavior intervention plans to support individuals with behavioral health needs. **Duties:** - Conduct patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans - Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote positive outcomes - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for patients - Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals working with individuals with special needs **Requirements:** - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification - Experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorder - Knowledge of special education practices and principles - Strong interpersonal skills for working with individuals with diverse needs - Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping - Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes in behavioral health settings This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with behavioral health challenges.
