We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to achieve their personal goals
- Implement individualized care plans and document progress
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for individuals to thrive
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate services and support

Qualifications:

- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
- Previous experience in childcare or senior care is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals and their families
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
