Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and supporting educational activities in a classroom setting.

Duties:

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities
- Support students in their learning, providing one-on-one assistance when needed
- Help maintain a safe and organized learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers

Requirements:

- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or educational settings
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles
- Ability to engage and educate children effectively
- Experience with curriculum development is a plus
- Knowledge of Montessori or other educational methodologies is advantageous
- Strong math skills to assist students as needed
