Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Administrator to join a great team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of automotive warranty processes and experience within the automotive industry.

This role is critical in managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Warranty Claims Management :
  • Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers or warranty providers accurately and promptly.
  • Track and manage all warranty claims from submission to resolution.
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate before submission.
  • Follow up on outstanding claims and address any discrepancies or rejections.
  • Compliance and Documentation :
  • Ensure all warranty work is performed in accordance with manufacturer policies and procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all warranty claims and related documentation.
  • Stay updated on manufacturer warranty policies, bulletins, and updates.
  • Customer Service :
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding warranty coverage, claim status, and any required information.
  • Address customer concerns and questions related to warranty claims promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and other dealership staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis :
  • Generate regular reports on warranty claim status, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze warranty data to identify areas for improvement in processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development :
  • Provide training and support to service advisors and technicians on warranty procedures and best practices.
  • Stay informed about new automotive technologies and advancements that may impact warranty processing.

Qualifications :

  • Experience :
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive warranty administration role.
  • In-depth understanding of automotive warranty policies and procedures.
  • Education :
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in automotive technology or business administration is a plus.
  • Skills :
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using dealership management software and warranty claim processing systems.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge :
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair procedures.
  • Familiarity with manufacturer-specific warranty processes and requirements.

Pay Details : $ per hour
