Thor Motor Coach is hiring a Dealer Representative to join our Customer Service Team in Wakarusa. This position is the first interaction with our company when trying to obtain assistance with service issues.

Job Responsibilities -

• Respond to phone calls, emails, letters, and other forms of communications from dealers with regards to warranty and/or technical issues.
• Document all correspondence with dealers regarding warranty and/or technical issues
• Guide the dealers through technical troubleshooting processes for issues they are experiencing
• Offer advice and suggestions for repairs
• Recognize, follow-up with and when needed, facilitate repairs for Early Alert Customers
• Coordinate with Technical Group with regards to frequent repairs and issues being experienced by dealers

Job Requirements -

• 2 years Customer Service and/or RV repair and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of warranty and repair policies and procedures
• Basic computer skills
• Good phone etiquette
• Ability to problem solve
