Position: Night Watchmen

10pm-6am

As a night watchman, you are responsible for patrolling the premises, ensuring the safety of the property overnight, and responding to any incidents that occur. You must be able to remain calm and level-headed in high-pressure situations and have excellent customer service skills. Prior experience as a security guard is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

· Must pass background check and have a valid Hawaii State Guard Card or willing to become certified.

· Previous experience in security roles, preferably in similar environments.

· Certification in CPR, first aid, or security training is advantageous.

· Strong observational and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication abilities.

· Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

· Proficiency in using security systems and equipment.

· Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

· Commitment to providing exceptional security services while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

· Property Security: Conduct patrols to deter trespassing and monitor access points.

· Surveillance and Response: Respond promptly to calls, alarms, and unusual occurrences.

· Emergency Preparedness: Be ready to address fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.

· Access Control: Verify identities and enforce access policies.

· Incident Management: Document and report security-related incidents.

· Customer Service: Provide assistance and information to owners and guests.

· Safety Checks: Conduct regular safety checks to identify hazards and take appropriate action.

· Communication and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain communication with management and ensure equipment functionality.

· Adherence to Policies and Vigilance: Follow security protocols, remain vigilant, and report suspicious behavior.

· Additional Duties: Assist with special projects or events as needed. Required to drive golf cart and must be physically fit enough to walk throughout property when necessary.
