The Legend Seeds Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This position works directly with the Warehouse Manager and Distribution Manager to ensure that the warehouse runs safely and efficiently, and bagging and distribution plans are executed. This position will have a Legend mindset of is it good for Legend, my team and myself when making all decisions and communication to this role. This position will promote the three pillars of Legend GROWTH, PROFITABILITY, and CULTURE.

• A valid driver’s license.
• Prefer a Commercial Driver’s License or ability to obtain in 6 months.
• Private pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain in 6 months.
• Forklift experience.
• Attention to detail and customer service.
• Experience with basic computer functions.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

• This is a full-time position. Typical hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
• Occassional earlier start times, evenings and/or weekends may be required

Travel Requirements:

• Ability to travel across the Legend Seeds footprint as needed.
• Up to 20% local travel may be required.
