Strom Aviation recruits and successfully places Aircraft Technicians across the country and we need your help with all aspects of sourcing, screening and placing these qualified applicants. These Technicians work contract positions as Strom Aviation employees assigned to client facilities.

We provide the tools and you bring the skills to communicate with and network these individuals.

Duties:

• Utilize sourcing tools to identify and engage potential candidates
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate full cycle of recruitment
• Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process
• Maintain accurate candidate records

Experience:

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional who is organized, possesses excellent communication, and people skills as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and has strong attention to detail.

Specific requirements include:

• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Internet savvy

Experience that will be considered: Phone sales, Phone Customer Service, Call Center, Reception, Dispatch, Debt Collection.
