This Is Your Chance To
- Lead Credentialing: Process the credentialing of practitioners, ensuring all staff meet the necessary qualifications.
- Maintain Compliance: Oversee compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards across various departments.
- Manage Operations: Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Foster Collaboration: Build strong relationships with medical staff, employees, and patients.
- Drive Quality Improvement: Develop and implement a continuous quality improvement program, striving for excellence in patient care.
- Credentialing and Medical Staff: Manage the credentialing process for practitioners, collaborate with the Medical Director, and maintain positive relationships with the medical staff.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all government regulations and accreditation body standards across clinical services, business operations, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee various aspects of the facility's daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, purchasing, and equipment maintenance.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement a quality improvement program, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Human Resources: Contribute to HR functions like managing employee files, conducting performance reviews, and promoting staff development.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan, identifying new service opportunities and fostering positive public relations.
- Leadership and Communication: Provide strong leadership and communication, fostering a collaborative work environment and effectively interacting with various stakeholders.
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree.
- Minimum three years of experience in a top administrative or management role in healthcare.
- Experience in ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) operations is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in written and verbal English.
