Due to our continued growth, D&W is currently looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative to cover counties consisting of Suffolk, Middlesex, Norfolk, Worchester, Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin, Plymouth, Barnstable and Bristol .Job Responsibilities:Generate new customer accounts as well as service and maintain existing accountsAnalyze customer needs and interests and determine how company products and services can best meet their needsPlan and organize sales strategiesExpedite the resolution of customer problems, issues, and complaintsInteract with key decision makers on a regular basis, know their needsAdvise and assist customers in areas including inventory, service availability, new products, and servicesTake orders from customers, provide literature and guidance as neededAchieve sales and performance goalsConduct all business transactions in an ethical manner Job Requirements:Prior experience in the truck, automotive or parts industry is preferred, diesel knowledge is a plusKnowledge of selling techniques, must be able to speak the customer’s languageKnowledge in diesel engine, truck hydraulic systems, or tank truck industry is a plusSelf-motivated with strong time management skillsAbility to travel within an assigned territoryThis position requires a valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record D&W Diesel, Inc. is an employee owned, $115 million business with over 350 employees in 8 locations.
