VIO Medspa is looking for an exceptional and experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector/Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Wellness Director. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 1-3 years of esthetic experience working as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector at a medical spa, plastic surgery office or private medical practice.

Position Summary (Purpose): To provide aesthetic non-surgical cosmetic oversight, guidance and procedural approval for all treatments, services, and treatment plans. The Wellness Director shall monitor and improve the level of care provided, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance.

Major Functions (Primary Duties and Responsibilities):

Spa Treatment and Services Oversight

· Oversee the noninvasive aesthetic practice of medicine

· Ensure all medical policies and procedures are current and aligned to all applicable regulatory requirements

· Manage medical practitioners and therapists to ensure regulatory compliance (ensire all regulatory requirements and spa policies and procedures are adhered to when providing services, treatments, and care)

· Work directly with spa staff and spa management to educate and train on proper procedural techniques, regulatory requirements, and the improvement of overall care quality

· Act as the medical expert in the application of noninvasive aesthetic treatments and services

· Review patient charts and all patient medical records as necessary and in compliance with local, state, and federal laws

· Ensure all protocol are followed according to local, state, and federal laws

Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse
- Board certification in a relevant specialty.

-Experience in IV infusions, Injections, Shots and Hormone replacement therapy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,011.25 per year
