A very dynamic manufacturing company, in the Lexington area, is searching for an Accounting Manager to assist in leading their organization. They plan for this professional to come on board, complement their leadership team and assist in their continued growth.
For this opportunity, a bachelors degree in accounting/finance is preferred, have 6 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles, experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred, and small to mid-market company experience. Candidates will need to be pro-active in their approach, professional, an effective communicator and positive leader.

You Offer:
- Bachelors Degree in accounting/finance or similar field is preferred
- 6 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles
- Experience in similar roles and enjoy working in small to mid-market companies
- Enjoy relationship building and empowering their team
- Experience to include accounting, finance, cost, analysis, reporting
- Must enjoy serving in a role that collaborates with operations and sales teams
- Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
- Effective and positive team leader
- Effective communication skills
You Will Be Engaged In:
- Oversight for all accounting/finance processes and functions
- Month-end close process
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Offer recommendations for strategic planning
- Assist with ERP implementation
- Assist with integration of new acquisitions
- Team leadership and development
