Aggregate Loader Operator / Wash Plant - Williston, ND
The duties of a Loader Operator for the start of the 2024 season include, but are not limited to, the following :
Primary Job Functions :
- Fully trained in the operations and capability of a loader
- May require considerable physical activity, must be capable of heavy lifting, bending and twisting
- Ensure the safety of company personnel, the community, and environment
- Prepare site for material excavation
- Prevent aggregate contamination
- Mine and stockpile aggregate
- Assist with plant maintenance
- Assist with a variety of job operations
- Prepare level areas for equipment placement
- Create an atmosphere of teamwork
- Seek out and implement best practices
- Adhere to all company safety and environmental practices and policies - training provided
- Maintenance on Dozer includes :
o Washing and cleaning the operators cab, inside and out, greasing, refueling, and maintaining all fluid levels
o Maintaining all equipment service records for any piece of equipment operated, keeping accurate and thorough records of the maintenance performed, the hours on the unit, date, time, etc;
complete proof of regular service may be required
- Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Other duties as assigned
- Willing to work flexible hours; job involves shift work and weekend work throughout the year
- Team player
Experience / Education :
Six months experience preferred
Compensation :
Compensation package is dependent upon qualifications and experience
Must possess current valid driver license and pass pre-employment drug testing and background check.
