We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team here at the Grand Canyon Distillery Spirits and Coffee House. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in our establishment. If you have a passion for mixology and spirits, and have a friendly demeanor, we would love to hear from you.

You also will have opprotunity for more hours through barista shifts, helping the production side, and through the resturaunt.

```Responsibilities```

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take drink orders from customers and serve beverages promptly

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

- Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies

- Maintain knowledge of current drink recipes and be able to make recommendations to customers

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

```Requirements```

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting

- Knowledge of Toast POS system is preferred

- Strong knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol

Pay: $15.00 per hour
