Fireline Sprinkler, LLC is a full-service contractor that specializes in the design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems with locations in Appleton, WI, Whitehall/Taylor, Wi, and Maple Grove, MN. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a visionary Director of Operations to drive operational excellence and strategic growth for our Whitehall/Taylor Wisconsin location.

A snapshot of the core responsibilities include:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations, including setting performance goals, and ensuring their completion.
• Enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers, vendors, general contractors, and internal departments both locally and at other Fireline locations.
• Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost-saving strategies to maximize profitability.

The qualifications needed for this role are:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or business management preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role with a minimum of 5 years in an industry related position.
• Strong leadership and aptitude with proven ability to effectively lead multiple departments. 
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with other functional areas to build strong partnerships and collaboration.
• Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.
• Excellent communication skills, drive, purpose, and problem-solving skills.
