With 21 distinctive properties currently in our portfolio, Oraklus is poised for substantial expansion in the coming months. As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our properties to the highest standards while delivering exceptional guest services. This is a full-time, on-site position that will require your presence at both our Westwood office and various property locations, with a work schedule ranging from Thursday through Monday.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Responding promptly to all guest inquiries via messages, emails, and phone calls.

- Overseeing day-to-day operations with support from the Director of Operations.

- Updating and maintaining company policies and procedures.

- Work on assigned projects while completing regular duties

- Organizing company folders and documents efficiently.

- Scheduling and ensuring the completion of maintenance and housekeeping tasks.

- Drafting rental agreements and managing invoicing and payments.

- Conducting regular property inspections.

- Procuring necessary items for the homes.

- Conducting property scouting and participating in marketing initiatives.

- Facilitating property showings and obtaining home sharing permits.

Skills and Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in short-term rental or hotel management.

- Prior experience in a customer service role

- Proficiency in Google Workspace products, including but not limited to Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar.

- Preferred experience with Breezeway and Slack.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Openness to feedback and willingness to grow.

- Excellent time management skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

- Additional experience with social media or email marketing is a plus.

- Reliable means of transportation.
