Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during events or banquets
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hospitality and customer service principles
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficiency in basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus
- Familiarity with food handling safety regulations is preferred
