- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, Drywall, Painting and Appliances
- Maintenance technicians are to ensure the completion of all market-ready apartments, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance tasks, and community inspections.
- Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner.
- At least 6 months of apartment maintenance experience doing turns and work orders.
- Time management skills.
- Strong basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical.
