Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team.
Duties:
(1) to work Shift 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
(2) to work 10:00am-9:00pm M-F 7on/7off and weekend hours are 9:00am-7:00pm
(1) to work 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Active/Valid Virginia Pharmacist License

- Provide pharmaceutical care services including drug therapy monitoring, patient education, and medication reconciliation
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy
- Conduct medication therapy management reviews
- Participate in formulary management and medication safety initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and interns
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $56.01 - $67.45 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
License/Certification:
- Licensed Pharmacist (Required)
