Sales Manager

Sales Managers serve as the face of Brady to customers and partners. They are responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding budget and growth plans for sales & profit at their branch, and develop and implement plans to effectively penetrate the following market segments in an effort to better diversify their customer base

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, college degree in sales/marketing or business preferred
  • 5 years of related sales or related experience, or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance and at least one year of driving experience.
  • Must be able to handle a high volume of driving
  • 21 years of age
  • Clean driving record (must provide a current MVR)
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, and drug testing

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a rapport with current sales team, and breaking down barriers to sales success
  • Set sales and gross margin goals with each salesperson
  • Identify and close key opportunities that will expand sales within the Branch
  • Plan, organize and administer monthly sales meetings, providing sales training and opportunities for manufacturers to expand and develop sales programs
  • Be able to collect, track, and report information to corporate and branch when needed
  • Responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of employees. Including supervising, hiring, disciplining, firing, and training of sales representative
