Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, basic life support, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
- Assist nurses and medical staff with patient care tasks
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses
- Help patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Assist with medical procedures as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in nursing or senior care is preferred
- Knowledge of basic life support techniques
- Familiarity with dementia care and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience with durable medical equipment (DME) and patient lifts is a plus
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
