Position Overview:

Very exciting opportunity with a fast-growing organization. As a Financial Analyst you will play a pivotal role in supporting the VP of Finance in budgeting, financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making processes within our organization. Your responsibilities will involve conducting thorough financial analysis, creating forecasts, and providing actionable insights, data and reporting to drive profitability and growth of the projects and corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including but not limited to variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling to evaluate performance, costs, revenue projections and margin analysis.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with managers and department heads.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track profitability, cost efficiency, and overall financial health.
• Prepare and present accurate and insightful financial reports, summaries, and presentations for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making on resource allocation, project feasibility, and growth initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, sales, marketing and project management to align financial goals with operational strategies.
• ADHOC Reporting Requests
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
• MBA/CPA a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis within manufacturing or costing related field highly desired
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel skills.
