Room Service ServerFour Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for an Room Service Server who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Room Service Server is the heart of the hotel delivering Guest Requests and Amenities to ensure a wonderful stay.
Responsibilities
- Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- This position involves a large volume of guest contact and excellent communication skills are required.
- In-Room Dining Servers offer quick, correct, precise and friendly service while accommodating guests’ specific requests and ensuring timeliness of service.
- Requires the ability to push up to 30lbs
- Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, including, weekends and holidays
- Set tables and deliver orders to rooms
- Create and deliver amenities to rooms
- Answer phones and deliver clear and concise service over the phone
- Perform side-work which includes polishing, lifting, organizing, and cleaning
- High School or college degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in a luxury hotel
- Fluent English
- Food and beverage knowledge
- Strong commitment to service
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
