CrossFit Tysons Corner is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pilates Mat Instructor to join our growing team. We offer a supportive and positive environment where you can share your love of Pilates and help clients achieve their fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and challenging Pilates Mat classes for all levels
- Create personalized modifications to cater to diverse needs and abilities
- Provide clear and concise instruction with a focus on proper form and alignment
- Motivate and encourage clients in a positive and supportive manner
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
- Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive studio culture
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive Pilates Mat certification from a reputable program (e.g., PMA®, Stott Pilates®, Romana Kryzanowska)
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Pilates Mat classes
- Strong understanding of Pilates principles and biomechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a safe and motivating learning environment
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to personal growth
