Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers inquiring about orders, parts / warranty inquiries, questions with products including technical specifications, and any other questions Provide high level of professionalism and customer service while working with customers Process through customer orders accurately and respond promptly to any escalated customer issues Consult customers through various product features / benefits and make recommendations as necessary Work with internal departments to research and resolve customer inquiries Coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure arrival and installation of customer orders
