As a member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our best-in-class marketing services to Indian River County Healthcare practices. This role requires a blend of customer service and marketing experience excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping healthcare providers achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on client requests and prospective healthcare clients through our CRM.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person meetings to present our services.
  • Update the CRM.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our marketing solutions and services.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits and value propositions to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Utilize marketing tools and platforms to enhance outreach efforts.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Execute the strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and marketing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
