Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, a hospitality mentality, and a passion for creating unique and memorable experiences for our Guests. Customer service rooted in Sales / hospitality is required.

WE ARE HIRING FOR ALL POSITIONS, WE ARE OPENING A SECOND LOT IN VERNAL, FOR CHEVROLET. COME SELL FORD OR CHEVY. (**HIRING IN ALL DEPARTMENTS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Understand and adhere to our "heritage way" of providing exceptional hospitality to all guests.
• Guide customers through the car buying process, from initial inquiries to finalizing sales.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, and benefits.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver’s license.
