Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction experience in outdoor settings.
- Experience working with concrete forming, finishing.
- Able to consistently list up to 49 lbs.
- Must be able to work outdoors.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Must be able to work independently and follow instructions.
- Must maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
- Positive attitude.
- Moves workpieces, tools, and supplies manually by hand and/or truck.
- Spread, rake and finish concrete and soil works.
- Planting trees.
- Assists with labor-intensive general constructions tasks.
- Uses shovels and other digging and hand tools; some power tools.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.
- Must maintain clean and safe working environment by complying with local procedures, rules, and regulations.
