Position: Delivery Associate (Part-Time)

Hours: 10:50 AM - 9:20 PM, 2-3 days per week

Pay: $19.25 per hour, paid biweekly

Location: Vandalia, OH

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Delivery Associates!

Responsibilities:

• Using a provided cargo van, safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers within the designated route and timeline.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Effectively use a provided smart phone for GPS navigation, customer delivery notes, and to communicate with dispatcher.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions (Rain, Snow, Heat, Wind, etc).
• Load and unload packages.
• Climb stairs, reach overhead, squat-bend-kneel during an 8-to-10-hour work shift
• Lifting up to 50 pounds during an 8-to-10-hours work shift.
• Deliver 200-300 packages per shift to about 100-200 different addresses.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Strong time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
• Eligible to work in US
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Driver License with a clean driving history (no CDL required)
• Available to work Weekends and Holidays
• Successfully pass a Drug Test
• Ability to work with technology (GPS, Smart Phone apps, Virtual Communications, etc.)
• Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus)
• Previous delivery driver experience is a plus, but not required
