We are looking for a Fire protection Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Fire extinguisher, fire suppression and fire hose services and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include inspection , service and maintaining Fire protection equipment, understand kitchen suppression system, and state fire marshal guide lines, upselling and adhering to safety regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, inspect, maintain, and repair kitchen suppression systems and components.
• Inspect, service a maintain fire extinguishers and components for proper functioning.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Inspect electrical component of fire suppression system equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
• inspect, service, Hydro-test, replace fire hoses
• replace, inspect and test exit lighting
• Follow safety procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
