About Us: Developmental Pathways is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, individualized therapy to support the unique needs of each client. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting top talent to our organization, experimenting with tech/AI deployment in the role.
Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company, including therapists, administrative staff, and clinical professionals.
  • Strategic Process development and Tech Deployment: Utilize best/latest advancement in tech, making your work and that of your team's - better, easier, more fun!
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Interviewing and Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with Developmental Pathways.
  • Hiring Process Management: Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs, focusing on both active and passive candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Promote Developmental Pathways as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives, including social media, career fairs, and community outreach.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead recruiter role. Experience in ABA healthcare/therapy must!
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels.
    • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
    • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
    • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are a plus.
