QUALIFICATIONS : EDUCATION
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in field of education with major or minor in science, history, or outdoor leadership / education.
EXPERIENCE
Experience working with kids in a classroom and / or camp setting is preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Teaching certificate desirable.
KNOWLEDGE
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
to articulate with accuracy on the telephone and through e-mail. Excellent listening skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and manage a variety of tasks. Ability to communicate the vision and values of Sky Ranch to both internal and external customers.

Guests and schools.

Equipment used in activities / assignments.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
crawling under areas such as desks; facilitating recreational equipment and activities; stooping, and climbing stairs, step stools, or ladders.
Ability to travel to various geographic locations, including travel by car, and some overnight stays including weekends, as needed.

Must demonstrate annually a clear background check and review of child safety practices as required for camp accreditation by the American Camping Association.
