Base salary commission totaling $160k or more per year plus sign on BONUS We are a successful, multi-site audiology practice seeking Audiologists to join our staff in Long Island and Brooklyn/Queens. We are seeking a NYS licensed dispensing Audiologist, that understands that people come to us because they can't hear, and it is our responsibility to help them. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Establish rapport with, and review history from patients; conduct audiometric and diagnostic testing. Prescribe and fit patients with appropriate hearing aids based on their hearing loss needs, lifestyle, desires, and affordability. Provide appropriate follow-up care and deliver upon all service commitments to patients including but not limited to assisting customers with the maintenance of their hearing aids repair, replacement of batteries, cleanings, and adjustments. Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments and program hearing aids. Supervise the documentation of patient files with our current EMR system. Own assigned schedule to maximize the ability to help patients hear through opportunities. Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generation of opportunities. EMR familiarity, Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel) The ideal candidate will also possess : Strong sincere interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and an outgoing personality. The ability to always interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members.
