Nyack Ridge Rehab and Nursing, a distinguished Skilled Nursing Facility and LTC facility in Valley Cottage, New York, seeks experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time positions. Our unique environment offers a rewarding career path for LPNs with two years of experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare facility.

Lpn Job Duties - Summary
- Monitor vital signs and overall well-being of residents.
- Administer medication, manage IVS, and provide wound care according to facility and state regulations.
- Provide a wide range of patient care under the supervision of an RN or healthcare practitioner.
- Document the care provided to patients or residents.
- Other assigned duties
- Valid LPN State license
- Must be able to work as a team member.
- Flexible with multitasking skills
- Two years of experience is preferred.
- Collaborative work ethic with the ability to follow directions.
- Must be in good standing with the State Registry
- LPN Pay range: $28.75- $35.00/hr.
- Overtime, holiday pay, and bonuses are available.
- Flexible shift options are available Monday through Friday
- Good nurse-to-patient ratios between day and night shifts
- $ 500.00 after completion of one month of employment at a full-time schedule
- $ 500 after completion of 3 months of employment at the full-time schedule
- $ 500 after completion of 6 months of employment at a full-time schedule
- $ 500 after completion of 9 months of employment at a full-time schedule
- $ 1000 after completion of 12 months of employment at a full-time schedule
