Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will work alongside our Executive Housekeeper and have experience in managing our housekeeping team in a Hotel setting.

Hours do require every other weekend and Holiday

Duties:

- Implement housekeeping procedures and guidelines
- Manage and train housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and maintain a high level of service

Skills:

- Proficiency in floor care and industrial cleaning techniques
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of custodial practices and safety regulations
