Job Description

Service Technician performs evaluations and repairs for all equipment. Provides demonstrations and training to internal team as well as demonstrations at client site.

Diagnosis and repair of equipment

Set up of new sold equipment

Provide customer and dealer technical support nationwide.
Coordinate equipment demo fleet perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
Provide technical training for service technicians and sales teams.
Assist with warehouse coordination and security as needed.
Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
Perform demonstrations and training for all equipment.
Must be able to traverse distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by
stretching, squatting, and reaching.
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at a time.
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading
dock.

Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

BE A TEAMPLAYER

Some travel may be required for deliveries and demonstrations.

At least 1 years of direct experience in the repair of related turf or other equipment

Must be able to diagnose, using the appropriate technical manual procedures and/or online computer manuals
and special tools.
Experience in completing component removal, disassembly, and reconditioning
Must demonstrate skills to other technicians as required.
