A Forklift Operator job opportunity is available with our client in Jurupa Valley, CA. In this role you be unloading and loading containers from delivery trucks.

You will also be managing warehouse inventory and stage material for resale. To be considered for this role you will have 5-9 years warehouse / shipping receiving experience with inventory control.

Forklift Operator Job Duties :

• Unloading and loading containers from delivery trucks.
• Storing containers onto warehouse racks.
• Assisting in Shipping / Receiving. Provide daily computer warehouse inventory reports.
• Pull samples upon request from stock.
• Stage materials at Applications Research Lab equipment.
• Manage warehouse inventory and stage material for resale.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

• Knowledge of warehouse strategies, inventory control and computer operation.
• Must have forklift operator's license.
• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel and bend for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and continually lift in excess of 25 pounds.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to other employees of the organization.
• Knowledge of office related software to include Microsoft Office or Outlook.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• 5-9 years warehouse / shipping receiving experience with inventory control.
