Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Production Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the company's production and manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement production strategies in line with company objectives
- Coordinate and monitor ice cream inventory
- Oversee warehouse management, transportation management, and materials handling
- Manage inventory control, including inventory management and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Optimize processes to minimize costs while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to achieve seamless logistics operations

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proven experience in logistics management, including production planning and freight management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control systems
- Familiarity with AS400 or similar inventory management software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
