Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and assisting in the development of long-term financial plans.

Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to company GM/President
• Assists in the month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing and distribution of monthly/quarterly/year financial statements.
• Perform detailed financial statement analyses, including discussions on various operational issues issues that drive costs
• ROI on CapX purchases and business expansion analyses.
• Assists Company Controller with audit related issues and projects. Work with outside CPA firm on Quarterly and Annual closings. Attend QE reviews to support GM/President
• Responsible for 1-3 year forecasting, annual budget, bridges, gap analysis and corporate reporting
• Preparation of account reconciliations and standard cost variance analysis
• Serve as liaison to location Controller, assisting them with accounting related service issues
• Communicate with co-workers, management, auditors, and others in a courteous and professional manner. Join dally Gemba walks to support Operations Team
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in financial accounting principles
- Knowledge of financial planning processes including profit and loss management
- Experience in account analysis and technical accounting
- Familiarity with corporate accounting practices
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present findings clearly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
