At Lodge Tower, you'll perform routine boiler checks, conduct in-room and preventative maintenance, and ensure our rooms are in pristine condition for guests. Duties Include:

• Maintain a friendly & approachable attitude towards guests, owners, & staff: Foster a welcoming and helpful environment by being personable and responsive to inquiries and requests from guests, owners, and team members.
• General building maintenance: Perform a variety of tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, carpentry, and other related maintenance activities to ensure the property is well-maintained and safe.
• Boiler checks: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of boiler systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely, addressing any issues promptly.
• In-room maintenance & preventative maintenance in all condos: Carry out repairs and upkeep in guest rooms and condominiums, focusing on both immediate fixes and preventative measures to avoid future problems.
• Room inspections prior to check-ins & after check-outs: Thoroughly inspect rooms before guests arrive and after they depart, identifying and addressing any maintenance issues, and alerting management to significant findings.
• Respond to guest, owner, & colleague requests/needs: Provide prompt and effective solutions to maintenance-related requests from guests, owners, and colleagues, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
• Respond to emergency maintenance-related situations: Act quickly and efficiently to resolve urgent maintenance issues, minimizing disruption and ensuring the safety and well-being of all occupants.

Employment Type: Full Time Year Round

Pay Rate: $25 / hour

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts! Days to be determined; Must be able to work weekends & holidays

• 1-2 years technical training or equivalent maintenance experience in a hospitality setting preferred
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs & complete repetitive movements
• Basic computer skills & knowledge of hand and power tools
