Lucrative average earnings $55 to $70 per hour. Includes generous hourly base pay, brand new commission structure on treatments included in our guests’ accommodation packages for consistence and steady customer appointment schedule, 20% commission on extra services and upgrades, 10% sales commission on our high-end beauty & spa products, exceptional gratuity pool, plus individual tips.
