ADi Group is looking for a Web Press Operator to join our team. The right candidate for this position will be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment with varied responsibilities. Candidates with experience running a web press or other types of printing presses preferred, but not required. We will train the right-fit applicant who possesses strong mechanical skills and knowledge.

Job Duties:

This is not an exhaustive list of all job duties. 

1st shift hours in a temperature-controlled environment. 

• Sets up the press to run jobs using specific instructions for each project
• Coordinates printing schedule and priorities with appropriate manager
• Monitors printing for quality and makes adjustments as needed
• Performs quality control
• Maximizes use of printer operation time, paper, and other related supplies
• Responsible for general maintenance of the press
• Provides back-up support to shipping/warehouse department with duties such as unloading, loading, and picking/packing shipments

Qualifications:

• Detail oriented
• Proactive problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Basic math skills
• General computer knowledge/usage

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Work experience in printing/production a plus, including knowledge of the variety of materials used in the printing process

Compensation and Benefits:

$19.00-$22.00/hour
