Duties: Is responsible for interaction, in the community, and promoting company services.

Responsibilities: 

1. Creating awareness and demand for the company products and services.
2. Visit Doctor' offices, hospital discharge desks, assisted living facilities, and other possible sources of referrals, to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
3. Analyze the company's organization, to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
4. Analyze past and current marketing data.
5. Complete an analysis of the company's product line.
6. Analyze patient/company relationships.
7. Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
8. Develop a marketing plan, identify priorities, and set a reasonable timetables.
9. Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
10. Must have the ability to read 12 point, and larger, type, communicate clearly, and be able to adequately hear, on telephone, with no more than an amplifier.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

1. At least 1-year experience in marketing, nursing, or social work, interacting with health agencies/professionals.
2. Must be organized and detailed oriented.
3. Must be able to effectively communicate, both, in writing and orally, in English.
4. Must be able to interact with health professional, at all levels.
5. Must have a criminal background check.
