JOB SUMMARY
The role encompasses the management of medical/surgical patient care through implementation of the nursing process, supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel, and coordination of interdisciplinary care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: See Licenses and Certification.
Experience: None
Knowledge and Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage/prioritize/delegate patient care and complete work assignments and other duties, as assigned.
License/Certifications: Current nursing license, state of California, American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card is required. For Third Floor East RN, chemotherapy certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer into the unit.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical job requirements.
PAY RANGE
$46.50 - $68.39
The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
